“Very Compact annexe forming part of a thatched cottage on a lovely quiet country street. There is everything you need here, it is very well equipped for a short stay. Comfy bed and pillows. ”

“Location IS literally 2 mins from the train station. We stayed as a family of 4 (kids on sofa bed) and although small was perfect for us. We were able to walk everywhere and buy some groceries making mornings so easy. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was there was no hot water at night in the shower. Other than that our stay was wonderful! ”

“Booked and paid for 3 nights at last minute because of a family emergency at Addenbrokes hospital. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. ”
