“Room was old, but clean. No shower curtain, AC freezing but worked. No one at the lobby either when I checked in nor when I left. Lobby needs lots of work.”

Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied.
