“Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply……

“It’s a gorgeous place. I took pics for ideas on building my own house. It’s a perfect place to relax, bird watch, drink coffee/mimosa, playing games with family, roasting s’mores etc. ”

“We needed a place to stay near Livingston, TX for a family event. We have had poor experiences with chain hotels and looked to rent a VRBO that could accommodate my wife & I, our two children, and a grandparent. It is down a country dirt road and is behind a garage of sorts that seems to be associated with a venue rental on the property.
