“The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.”

“My husband and I just got back from Wine Down Acres and we’re already talking about our next stay there. The house was clean, the property well taken care of, and the hosts were very friendly. Our dogs enjoyed running around the property and swimming in the pond. We didn’t bring fishing gear this time, but next time we will, as the pond was well stocked with fish.
