“This property is amazing! We will stay again”

“We absolutely loved our stay...just one negative...the beds were very uncomfortable. When sitting on them, it sounded like they were going to break. We could feel the springs in our back and we sank to the middle. Rolling over was very loud. The mattresses need to be replaced quickly. We were there for a Select Softball Tournament for my daughter. She has mild scoliosis but usually has no problems with hotel stays. Her back and sides were hurting after sleeping on these beds. “This was a great stay overall. There was a minor issue with the hot tub but the owners came out and fixed it that night.I also got a message from the owner saying there was a chargeback filed that wasn’t and that she was going to file a lawsuit against me after we left if I continued with my “so called chargeback” that never happened. So that has been concerning. ”

“My wife and I like to stay out away from Bryan/College Station when attending TAMU football games to avoid the traffic and crowds. The Cottage is in a nice location in the country. Great views f4om the front porch. Super clean and a really comfortable bed. Also, the owners are a pleasure to deal with. We will be back next season.”
