“The property is pretty private and about 5 mins from the water and 5 mins from a Dollar General. The pool wasn’t very clean but the property and house were fine. The gas grill in the pictures is no longer there - it’s a smaller charcoal pit. And the pool net in the same picture is no longer there. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay...just one negative...the beds were very uncomfortable. When sitting on them, it sounded like they were going to break. We could feel the springs in our back and we sank to the middle. Rolling over was very loud. The mattresses need to be replaced quickly. We were there for a Select Softball Tournament for my daughter. She has mild scoliosis but usually has no problems with hotel stays. Her back and sides were hurting after sleeping on these beds. “My wife and I like to stay out away from Bryan/College Station when attending TAMU football games to avoid the traffic and crowds. The Cottage is in a nice location in the country. Great views f4om the front porch. Super clean and a really comfortable bed. Also, the owners are a pleasure to deal with. We will be back next season.”
