“We celebrated our 27th Anniversary by going to the MotorCycle Class in Taylor this weekend. We did't want a hotel, and just wanted a little space for relaxing while not at the Cycle Safety course. This place was WONDERFUL for us. The love seat in the living room has just enough space for two, and the sweet little corner with the fire place added a nice cozy feel as well. There are dishes and a few pots and pans, the whole place is SUPER clean, and the tub is REALLY DEEP! So nice. Everything……

“We absolutely loved our stay...just one negative...the beds were very uncomfortable. When sitting on them, it sounded like they were going to break. We could feel the springs in our back and we sank to the middle. Rolling over was very loud. The mattresses need to be replaced quickly. We were there for a Select Softball Tournament for my daughter. She has mild scoliosis but usually has no problems with hotel stays. Her back and sides were hurting after sleeping on these beds. “The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. Our dogs enjoyed running around the property and swimming in the pond. We didn’t bring fishing gear this time, but next time we will, as the pond was well stocked with fish. Even though the hosts live at a house on the back of the property, we felt very secluded and had plenty of privacy. We spent most of……
