My only complaints were that they don’t heat the pool, our room was not ready at check in time and one staff member thought it was a good idea to talk down another in front of us. Check-in was 3:00 but we had to wait till 3:30 to check in. They said the room was not ready. We were offered a free drink while we waited and were then charged for them. They did remove the charge when I told them. We were told they don’t heat the pool anymore because a man complained.……

There are no TVs or phones so you need to be ready to relax. Some of the rooms could use a bit more insulation, but you can’t beat the location, the vibe and the atmosphere ”
