“Charming farmhouse that is quaint, comfortable, very clean, and decorated with the owners art work. Dee and Al are gracious hosts who showed us around their property and painting studio. We saw the redwoods, orchard,flower gardens,along with wildlife- deer,turkeys,quail.From our location we went to Bodaga Bay, Armstrong Park, Bohemian Highway, Korbel champagne and wineries.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit ”

“We loved our stay at Petunia’s Place! Exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and furnishings. Our kids loved the game room and hot tub. There is some significant road noise in the front facing bedrooms because River Road is busy and fast. Otherwise everything about this spot is amazing! ”

“Well located, cute home adjacent to a working horse farm. It was a great base for our day trips to the redwood forest, rocky pacific coast and the wineries in Sonoma, Napa, etc. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Nice house in a beautiful location. We had some issues checking in (they changed the lock box code and didn’t tell us), no wifi, no cellular service and no water our first night. This made it trying especially since we were travelling with small children, but the property manager did everything they could to help. And being unplugged, although unexpected, ended up being a healthy break. The wifi could not be restored during our stay so we were offered a reimbursement for one night. Overall would……

“My family had a wonderful, relaxing stay! The house is nicely renovated with a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely deck that wraps around the house with views of adjacent wineries. We really appreciated the opportunity to enjoy the wine and food at Bricoleur. Deacon was the best host! He met us on the days that we checked in and out, and was very responsive via text. “My partner and I went up to get away and relax for a few days. Coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean in the morning, wine in the hot tub in the afternoon, and cuddles watching the sunset. Perfect way to spend each day.”

By the morning the ants had found the garbage can by the fridge. Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
