“We reviewed many options before we landed on this property. Glad we did. It was super clean with a king bed - which was very comfortable. Very quite. Only 1 block from the beach and restaurants and shopping. The PM was very responsive. We will stay here again when we go back to that area. ”

“The property was clean and a wonderful location! We were there for my son’s wedding. Kim was available anytime I had a question and was very accommodating.Unfortunately, the cliff (in front of a number of properties) gave way awhile back, so we weren’t able to go on the balcony and take advantage of the amazing view. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!”

“I’m already familiar with the area, so it wasn’t an issue for me to find. If you prefer more amenities or being closer to stores/malls this might not be for you. I think it’d even be cute for a small family if they wanted a lil weekend trip. Beware if you have a lowered vehicle because it’s definitely more of a truck/suv area. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great I’d just be worried for any tall guests. I was in and out of there for the most part, but all in all I was super pleased……

“This Encinitas property was a great find. Everything was as described and it was a wonderful accommodation as respite from our remodel at home. Our host let us know he was very available as needed. What a great walkable neighborhood to the beach, coffee, restaurants etc. We are definitely planning a return!”

“The place was clean but looked dirty due to stains on walls. The Master bedroom’s bathroom showers was hard adjusting the water temperature and almost burnt myself doing so. We didn’t get to use the pool due to it being dirty I would’ve rent someplace else ”

“I can’t say enough about this place. They have all the amenities you need for the beach!! Perfect for a family getaway!!! Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, jogging trails and sites. The property is clean with a great patio to drink coffee in the morning and relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit. If you are looking g for a worry free, fun and clean getaway, this is perfect. ”

“Loved the studio apartment. Enjoyed the view of the Pacific Ocean. Was able to easily walk to the pier and beachfront to enjoy the sounds and smells of the beach and people watching. The interior design was very classy and we felt so comfortable and relaxed. Will definetly rent again when in the area. ”
