“Kirk’s place was exactly what we wanted. He was very responsive, had an issue with water and he fixed it right away. Everything was wonderful. The only drawback was very little water pressure. The hot tub was nice and hot and the cabin was very well stocked! We will be back! ”

The large kitchen was perfect for many adults to work in together at the same time-one of our family pleasures. Loved having a pool table, ping pong table and foosball table to use. “This property is great! The location feels remote, but you are less than 10 minutes to grocery store and restaurants. The 2 lakes in Riverbend are beautiful. The house is fully stocke with very comfortable beds. The place is very, very clean. Awesome stay!!”

“It is a good place to get away from it all. Furniture somewhat vintage, but overall a good place for people trying to escape from the city. Make sure you have entry instructions before you drive up there because there is no cell service internet available. There is internet by WiFi once you do check in.”

“This is the second time we've stayed in a cabin at the Preserve. This is a special place and we certainly plan on coming back often. We love the hiking trails on the property which are very easy as our 5 year old son was able to keep up. The cabins are very clean on stocked with everything you need for a long weekend stay.”

“We had a small family gathering--parents, 3 sons and their families. A lovely location. Driveway is a bit steep but house is great. Many of the area activities are closed at the moment because of the destruction of Hurricane Helene but still plenty to do.”

“We loved the location. House feels private at night but you have neighbors that aren't too close. So there's safety but privacy. The house was beautiful! Plenty of room, great kitchen to cook in. Easy access to the 'beach front' at the lake and a short trail running beside Broad River. We enjoyed our stay! ”
