“The stay was better than expected. The room was clean and the personnel always made sure drinking water was replenished every day. The only minor thing is that the pillows were very thick and they had no additional thinner pillows to offer. We could also hear the people on the floor above us most of the time. “The Maison Durante was the perfect find in Nice. We came here after spending our first 4 nights in Cannes. The property was a quick walk about 2 blocks from the Nice Ville train. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for; a true French boutique. There is a courtyard with wrought iron table and chairs and trees for shade which is the perfect place for your early morning coffee. “一切都非常好地點也好舒適度等等的跟價格相比都水準以上，飯店本身還是從前豪宅改建有點奢華宮廷感，一直到我最後一個晚上很晚回去，半夜值班的竟然責罵我為何進來時大門沒有關好毀了一切，他並非用開玩笑的口氣我聽得出來，且他重複責怪3次，還拉監視器給我看這個門沒有帶上要我下次注意，太扯了飯店們有沒有關，這是你的工作！其於一切都很好”

“沒有電梯，不適合有大件行李的人。設備有些地方有損壞（浴室門把）。房間沒有熱水壺要到公共區拿回房間用後再拿回去放（公共區沒辦法裝水所以無法煮水）房間滿大的，老房子改建頗有趣。飯店很難見到員工，有問題時比較難及時得到回應。”

“1、离尼斯火车站很近，步行不超过10分钟；2、周围吃饭的地方很多；3、停车很方便，附近好几个街区都有路边停车位，早上9点前开走就不用收费了；4、订的套房，房间很大，舒适度也不错，性价比还可以。”

“在本網站訂了4人住宿,但辦理入住當場卻被告知要加收錢,經過溝通並出示訂單,花了好一番交涉後才同意無需加收錢。對於飯店與本網站認定或設定的房型、人數等不一致應由此二方自行處理;當場要求額外收費很讓人傻眼。除此點不愉快外,飯店附近有超市,離火車站、輕軌都不遠,地點算方便,房間乾淨;但沒有電梯,若有大型行李要自己搬上樓,被子要自己舖。”
