“Avoid!!! I arrived at about 5:30 at night, had a booking confirmed for over a week and NOBODY WAS THERE! Rang the bell, messaged and tried to call several times - no reply! People from the shops below were even trying to help me contact them. Finally Expedia customer service helped find me another place to stay, which was thankfully nearby, nicer and less expensive. “The location is fantastic, with the tramway stop right in front of the door, making it easy to get around. Just two blocks away is the main square, Calderón, which offers a vibrant atmosphere. There are plenty of eating options just steps away, making meals very convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One highlight was the breakfast room on the 9th floor, where I enjoyed great views of the city while dining. It really made the experience……
