“Everyone was professional and kind. From the front desk service in checking us in, trying to accommodate us for a late check-out/actually checking us out, to the dinner staff... everyone was truly very nice! The only complaint we have about our room was the shower only had scalding hot or freezing water, there was no in between. Not sure if this was just a problem with our room (510). But really amazing service we loved it here!!!! Hopefully we'll be back soon!”

“The hotel itself was beautiful and newly renovated. The only thing me and my partner didn't like was that our room was right by the pool area, which was pretty noisy. Although they did play music all day, they turned it off at a reasonable hour. Parking here is difficult, but free which was very nice. Very close by to the beach. Very affordable and nice. The room itself was a little small though.”

“总体来说非常一般，首先酒店规定的入住时间是下午四点，但当我们五点多到酒店的时候房间竟然还没有好，又等了半个多小时一直到快六点房间才好。酒店宣传的各种服务也完全没有踪影，没有接机服务，泳池到下午四五点就没有浴巾可以用了，酒店内有赌场和night club，整体环境不是特别适合家庭，房间服务也很差，加床被子打了好几个电话，在这种服务条件下酒店竟然要收20%的服务费。我们订的房间是800多美元一晚，加上服务费将近一千一晚，这个价钱完全可以有很多更好的选择。另外酒店房间也非常一般，不隔音，装修材料差，房间小，酒店地址离机场太近，晚上安静的时候可以听见飞机起降，对睡眠质量不好的人来说就是噩梦。”

“The staff was great. The work out room was nice. The room had musty smell and the shower didnt drain. Very minor things, everything else about the property was great. The building beside were very ugly and an eye sore. I would recommend it”

“Very small unit (room#3) with a good closet. The king-size bed takes all the space in the room which is minimally equipped and needs update. I always check the bedsheets first upon arrival. That day the sheets were not removed and laundered after the previous guests. I found few body hair, lots of sand and blood stains on the fitted sheet and the pillow cases as well (red, not brown spots which indicates not cleaning process). I communicated with the host via text message before arrival, so I……

“Had a great time. Building was safe. Liked that many restaurants and bars are within walking distance so no need to worry about DUI. Was clean enough, but could use a really deep clean. The shower curtain was nasty, with visible dirt on it. I soent $3 and replaced. I would also suggest updating the decorations and plates, glasses, silverwear. All was mismatched, dingy and ugly. Seriously, you could charge more if you invested like $1500 to redecorate. Having said all that, i would stay hete……
