“This place was very convenient and very spacious. It meet all our needs. It is close to the train station. There is also a major stop for all the water transporation nearby so it was easy to get anywhere in Venice. The kitchen was a bit ran down....broken cupboards/ miss matched disagrees dishes. The bathroom was very large and nice. The whole apartment was quite large. The only complaint was trying to find the place. The address on hotels.com isn't correct. The address that is sent to you-……

“Our home in Venice for one night was perfect for the 6 of us. We had a train at 12:00 the day of check out and Marco allowed us to stow our luggage in the foyer until 11:00. This gave us some additional time to explore Venice without having to pull our luggage around with us. It was much appreciated!!! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Our room was more spacious than expected. We had the top floor room, which was perfect for our family of four. Like all of Venice, the building was very old and a large supporting beam ran through the shower. It was fine for us, but could be difficult for someone tall. The view of the canal and the small piazza below was incredible! We had eveything we needed and the location was perfect. ”

“We had a great stay in Venice and this cozy apartment suited our family of 4 well. It is a 3rd floor walkup in a secluded courtyard, unfortunately there isn't much of a view (probably typical in Venice!). It's a fair walk from Rialto water taxi, so pack lightly. The hosts were super accommodating and were great communicators. ”
