“The location of the hotel is very convince located near San Marco water bus station, and walking distance from train station (we did walk pleasantly from there to the train station). It is a small hotel with history, but the room is not small at all, and is very clean. Caterina is a very nice lady, she showed the place of the hotel in person and answered all the questions that we asked. We definitely will stay this hotel again.”

“we were arranged to the room at lowest floor, there were shortage of electricity at the night, luckily that the staff arrived very soon to rectify the problem. the staff was very helpful and passionate to share the information of Venice, and very kind.”

“Great location! Convenient to everything Bathroom was spacious and well stocked with all we needed. Fresh towels daily. Room was a bit small, but it was no bother because we weren’t there to stay in the room! Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend! ”
