“Staff were incredible, sent my parents on a trip to lake garda and they went above and beyond to help me when they ended up getting stranded due to public transport strikes etc. Really couldn't fault them, all the staff at aktiv hotel from booking to check out were fantastic! “We stayed for 6 days. We choose this location to be able to safely & conveniently park our car, we also booked as looked so tranquil from the website & had a heated pool. “Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name.”

“A great hotel, clean, freah and modern looking. The room was clean and everything worked, great to see a fridge so you have a cool drink on your balcony.
