“El lugar ofrece una vista impresionante a San Jose. El personal es muy amable y tiene muy buena disposicion. La habitacion estaba limpia y era simple pero confortable, con ventilador y tv cable. El hotel tiene buen acceso a internet en las areas comunes y una cocina amplia para cocinar. Tambien una piscina que no pude disfrutar porque no hacia tanto calor. Si visitas Costa Rica, no recomiendo mas de una noche en san jose. Hay muchos lugares que ofrecen mejores atractivos que ver que la capital.”

“This was a last-minute booking for my final night in Costa Rica, and what an amazing find! It’s a beautiful home just in the edge of the center of Escazú. It’s very walkable into town for dinner and drinks. There is beautiful artwork throughout the home, painted by the host. Despite the language barrier, my host could not have been more welcoming. For a modest price, she prepared an amazing breakfast. Just a few kilometers from the center of San José, it was only about a 20-minute drive into the……

“The family was friendly and accommodating. Homemade breakfasts were tasty and nicely done. The view from the upper terrace was beautiful. The parking was tricky-- four small car spots inside the gate connected to a short, steep apron, emptying to a busy road Was easy to get to everything. The market, almost next door, had a great selection of fruits and veggies.”

“I arrived early on a Tuesday after flight delays. The place was nice- a lot of construction going on- but nice. Pool looked like it needed a shock but it’s not yet hot enough. Walked into town and enjoyed good food at La casa de Layla. The host was nice. I missed breakfast because I was sleeping soundly. Comfy spot to get adjusted to Tico life. ”
