“The hotel itself was good, it's what you expect for such a cheap price. The door lock was busted in my room so it had no lock other than the door handle room key lock. The light bulb closest to the door was flickering the entire time it was tried to be used so we just never used it. The light closest to the bathroom worked as well as the bathroom light. The hotel staff, however, could be nicer and more accommodating. I got there (mind you I booked this room for two nights back in March) and they……

“The rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was good and especially liked the happy hour. Quiet nites sleep. ”

“Loved the big bright shower and comfy bed. TV was a little wonky at times but we got it going. Cool fire decoration at the entrance!”

“My only criticism was the coffee maker. There was not one in the room when I arrived. The front desk got one for me right away, but when I added the water the whole counter became wet… so basically i couldn’t use it. I did not notify the front desk (my bad ) but I was disappointed.”

“Our stay was excellent. The staff delivered exceptional service throughout our time at the hotel. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We were pleasantly surprised by our huge, spacious rooms. Our connecting rooms allowed us to enjoy a lot of family time together. When we got locked out of one of our adjoining rooms because we latched the door leading to the hallway, the entire staff at the hotel and the manager at home worked out a plan to get us back into our rooms at 2AM.……
