“Super good breakfast full of different choices and the food is so fresh and delicious. 👍👍 The service in hotel is fast and friendly. As for the room, it’s cozy and chic, good for travelers to take a good rest. ”

“The staff of the hotel are too young and not experienced. The reception staff changes almost every other day. It is not good for the guests, who look for stability and home feelings. The cleaning staff are not experienced too and throw away my expensive and important tooth bracket when cleaning.”

“It was a dream to spend our night in Lucerne here. Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioning works well. Bathroom makes you feeling good with large room and great facilities. Would love to return next time.”

“We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot. Be reminded that the room without air-conditioner, a stuffy room and a bit hot, need to use fan and open all window in case to let the wind come in. The welcome drink is great too, we enjoy much in the bar, a good memory in Luzern”

“Die angeschlossene Therme ist sehr schön und modern und bietet eine sensationelle Aussicht auf das Alpenpanorama. Allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nur leider gab es in der Therme das falsche Getränk und abends im Restaurant das falsche Gericht, nach gut einer Stunde Wartezeit. Und die Toilette/Dusche im Zimmer war schon sehr klein. Übermässig teuer ist die Fahrt mit der Rigibahn. Aber bei Hotelübernachtung spart man sich wenigstens die Hälfte……
