“As a family of 3 adults, we enjoyed our stay at Roy's guest house. We chose it in part for its more rural setting though it is very close to town. We had hoped to use the large pool and hiking trails at the Adventist camp next door, but it was closed due a large event they were holding. We were pleased that the event was not noisy and Roy's place stayed quiet and peaceful. The guest house is some distance from the main house which is located on the other side of the pool. Only negative I would give is I would have liked to have gad a deadbolt option on door. ”

“The quality of the service has dramatically decrease. The staff at the receptions are not locals and their knowledge of the hospitality world is null, this was the worst check in and check out process. Not long ago, this was one of the best boutique hotels in Puntarenas. The place is beautiful, the staff seems they don’t care their job. The restaurant is expensive and they are not willing to make small changes in the menu even if the price is 4x what you will pay on average in any other……

“Lindo apartamento, limpio, instalaciones muy bonitas, hermosa piscina. Excelente amabilidad y trato del personal de servicio. La calle de adoquín requiere reparación y mantenimiento pero conduciendo despacio no hay problema. Agregaría un espejo de cuerpo completo y un par de ollas al menaje. Sin duda regresaríamos.”
