“We had a wonderful week long stay at Shana. Our 7 year old daughter had a blast at the pool and the beach nearby (hotel has direct access). We saw so much wildlife right from our balcony! Staff were very nice and helpful and assisted us with making plans in the area. Shana also set us up with transportation to/from the airport. We appreciated the hospitality!”

“Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service! Parked and immediately greeted by the host who called a shuttle to take us up to the lobby. On the way we stopped to see a sloth in the trees as well as a pair of macaws. They took our luggage and guided us into the restaurant with amazing views. “Monkeys right outside was fun! Pool/swim up bar was nice. This place is right next to the entrance to MANP so that was great! Spa was Great! I had a massage two days in a row because of a very sore neck! Andrea was great! We stayed in the Ballena suite, which was wonderful! The burgers at the restaurant were the size of my son’s head!
