“What a gem! Everything was just perfect and even better than our expectations. It’s so peaceful on Ingham Pond and the hosts are very welcoming. We had a couple of questions, and he helped out quickly and even had a fire going for us on arrival. The kayaking was easy and the pond connects to other large lakes. Loved it!!!”

“The house was absolutely lovely. The location was convenient from a major road but tucked away and quiet. We enjoyed visiting the nearby rock and gem museum, hiking and visiting the restaurants in Bridgton.The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in, there was ample living space for our entire group to spread out, and the lawn was fantastic for games and activities.My favorite part was the pond which was fabulous for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing and fishing. “We were excited to find a spot that would accommodate our havanese pup, and close to friends in Norway. The unit was as described. We did not know what to expect regarding Adult Themed, but it was tasteful. There is a tub in the bedroom, and the kitchen is reasonably equipped, and has a french press coffee pot. The bathroom is clean and the shower was great. The restaurant next door is excellent. The host was receptive to our communication, and we will book with them in the future.”

“Classic Maine camp/cabin. Old but clean, simple and inviting. Enjoyed fishing off the dock, where we caught a dozen bluegill, and rowboat on the lake for small mouth bass. An oar broke, and the launch was challenging on big boulders (no beach). But water access from the dock ladder was easy. On Beautiful beaver cove. Close to Belgrade Lakes. Hiking trails. Our dogs and teenage boys loved it. ”

“We booked this property for a large family reunion and had high expectations, but the stay was very disappointing. The water situation was unacceptable—barely enough to flush toilets, no dishwashing, no cooking, and no showers. Some of us went three days without showering. For the price we paid, this should never happen.The property manager admitted he was trying to get a plumber, but the issue was never resolved. Communication was slow, and I didn’t get a clear response about a refund until……
