“The house is incredible! Although there are fun things to do within 30 minutes driving distance, you won’t need or want to leave the house! It was immaculate and contained everything you could ever need: every kitchen utensil or device, popcorn for the popcorn machine (!), s’mores ingredients, tons of board games, smart devices and speakers throughout the house, life vests and goggles, all the TVs were smart TVs already logged in to all the major streaming services, and the list goes on. “We were staying near my mother’s hometown with extended family, and the extensive space worked great. We had a lot of fun with the game room and movie room, and the grill got a lot of use for family meals.”

“The house was absolutely lovely. The location was convenient from a major road but tucked away and quiet. We enjoyed visiting the nearby rock and gem museum, hiking and visiting the restaurants in Bridgton.The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in, there was ample living space for our entire group to spread out, and the lawn was fantastic for games and activities.My favorite part was the pond which was fabulous for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing and fishing. “An extremely beautiful place to get ready for my wedding ”

“The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing……

“This property is a jewel. This is where they should have filmed "On Golden Pond." It is very private, yet only 20 minutes from I-95 and major supermarkets, etc. If you are looking for piece and quiet, security, a delightfully private pond and a stunning view of the opposite, natural, shoreline with no other cottages, this is your place! Beds are very comfortable with good quality linens and blankets. Kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are of very good quality. Plenty of wood is supplied……
