“This hotel is in a terrific location...valet for bags at check in and the shuttle service were amazing. I was disappointed by the communication of the desk to the housekeeping staff..asked my room to be cleaned one day..man at the desk very apologetic..said he would email directir of housekeeping to clean mine every day and wouldn't need to ask. Next day...maid was near and had to ask. Next day wasnt done..desk said there were no notes about my being cleaned each day and it was too late that……
