“The condo was lovely and clean and had great amenities. Check in was easy and parking spaces were plentiful. There was however a neighbor who disrupted our stay with alarming knocks on the door and a frantic request to “call 911 because someone was in her home who wasn’t supposed to be”. This was of course alarming as she seemed mentally unwell and we didn’t know it was the neighbor so when I contacted the host, they advised this had never happened and they would notify security about the issue.……

“This was our 6th visit to La Quinta resort but 1st time in this unit. It was pretty updated- except for a shredded outdoor chair and could use some new drapes in the living area. Upon arrival it was 100 degrees and stuffy with absolutely no directions as how to turn on the AC. “We enjoyed our stay at this lovely unit on the golf course. We were able to check in early and the check-in procedures were well explained. There were a few broken items (chair in master B/R, umbrella on patio) which I contacted the manager about, but since our stay was just 2 nights, these were not repaired or replaced while we were at the property. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone in the Palm Springs area.”
