“We were just looking for a way to get away from the inner city, Rome, Florence, etc. this is the nicest place in the north we had stayed with the most hospitality in the north definitely recommended stay in the countryside of Tuscany here rather than in Florence Rome, we love it so much. “服務細心，我check out後叫酒店幫我call taxi，幫我call完後，因的士不能直達酒店門口，還派員工陪同我出路口(其實不足一分鐘路程)等的士，陪我等到的士到，送埋我上車才回酒店。”

“房間整潔舒適, 可惜當日入住時酒店不提供冷暖氣, 此酒店有一大事項我覺得有須要改善, 就是接待處的職員常常都不見人, 而且wifi非常不濟, 房間是收不到的, 一定要到reception才可收到...但酒店附近的環境非常好, 十分適合我這個城市人, 因為我都是第一次行入葡萄園走走....但如果要去此酒店一定要自駕遊, 因為都幾偏僻 ; 餐飲就冇乜選擇, 晚餐只有A餐和B餐, 但幾好食...整體對此酒店都幾滿意”
