“The home was neat and clean, the check in process easy. I toured the home at arrival to ensure all was well. Just a few things: the toilet paper was one-ply, very thin, I had to have my daughter bring some, the roll of paper towels in the kitchen was only half full, we ran out, there wasn't a storage roll, we had to get more, the master bedroom closet was used for storage which was inconvenient for hanging nicer clothing. Other than these things, we enjoyed the home.”

“Very Nice neigborhood”

“My family enjoyed our stay at the Cozy House. It was a nice, comfortable home with lots of added amenities. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into the home. I didn’t have such a great experience with the property management company. Many times I didn’t get a response. Luckily, the housekeeper/neighbor was very involved and attentive to our needs - without her this wouldn’t have been a good experience. The location was good because I like to be away from the city, but it was difficult……

“Our family stayed here for almost two weeks as a transition home in between closings of our old house and new house. The house was clean except under beds and sofas as our scared kitty would hide there and come out with dust bunnies all over her.our only concern was the camera mounted on the garage. It would change positions and it was aimed directly in the large kitchen window for two days without a way to have privacy as no curtains or blinds on amy of the windows in the back of course. “Everything about the house was just as listed. Alison was excellent to work with and quick to respond. We will definitely book again when we are in the area”

“I feel the pictures make this place look a lot better than it is. They avoid showing you the floor that has chips all in it. We were limited 3 towels. We got the place due to a fenced in back yard for the dogs and there was a big gap in the gate so they got out. The front door lock was complicated to get in. The side door code was easy and worked I don’t know why they don’t just use that entrance.”

“Home was very clean and comfortable stocked with nice extras for coffee and doggy needs that complimented the large yard for the dogs to enjoy. Hosts provided great details and availability. Loved the area and we would definitely stay here again.”
