“Very nice and clean. Room was comfortable. We only spent one night. We had an engagement and got back very late (around 3am) and the front doors were locked and no way to use a room key to get in? We pushed the buzzer several times with no response. After about 5 minutes several staff members just happened to show up and let us in, thank goodness. This needs to be adressed. Sometimes guests hours can be outside the norm - need a safe easy way to get into the hotel. But overall all stay……

“Room had a terrible smell but we did not complain because it was very late when we returned to our room and neither us had the energy to care so that’s on us. Hopefully housekeeping noticed and handled it.”
