“Lovely accommodation! I loved the Victorian ambience mixed with modern comfort/convenience, and the location was great for everything except walking to the beach with a load of equipment (and even that was still doable). My favorite feature was the 24/7 heated indoor pool -- nothing like a quiet midnight swim! My only gripe was that the staff were only rarely sighted; the place often felt empty. "The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. "
