“The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. “I’m very happy and appreciative of the staff at Icona. I had an A/C issue with our room which certainly wasn’t enjoyable but the nice ladies at the front desk were very understanding of my frustration and went all out to make sure we had an enjoyable stay by switching our room and in the process gave us a wonderful upgraded suite! Thanks for making sure we had a great stay and sorry it took so long for me to write this review! ”
