“這是我一家第二次來渡假的酒店,我訂的是3房連泳池別墅,酒店安排的是4房別墅. 一進屋內,第一時間見到的竟然是一條蛇,約一呎長,它急速逃竄.這樣的情況下,必然是睡得不安心,但酒店竟然以太晚安排不到為理由而拒絕換房(當時是早上3:00).原本我 housemaid 是被安排睡在大廳 sofa上,但由於害怕蛇出沒關係,我要求酒店把第4房間開放給我們,竟然也被拒絕,理由是房間只是雜物房,沒有睡牀,housekeeping 又沒有鑰匙. 到早上,我發現所謂的雜物房原來真是一間有兩張單人牀的睡房,我馬上找經理理論,得到的回應是,已upgarde 了我們住4戶別墅,但因訂的是3房,所以第4房間不開放.再者已派人跟進蛇情況,蛇是怕人的,應該已走了.另外酒店已fully book,無房換,最終就的一句 I am so sorry. 但游泳池只得3位日本人在游泳,我不可能相信是 fully book.”

“Excellent hotel. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city. You could rent mopeds from them. Arranged rides to the city nights market and helped with day trips bookings to James Bond Island, Phi Phi island, and to the Turtle sanctuary. “唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了”

“We rented a car from the airport and drive to here (within 1h). It is near Chillva market and Andamanda Water Park (within 10min drive). “布吉之旅最後一站，因為之後一日乘搭早機，所以揀了一間比較近機場嘅酒店。call Uber大概20分鐘到機場。 酒店係喺高速馬路入少少，所以附近基本上乜都冇，入夜後周圍好黑，大概步行10分鐘會有間好大嘅Lotus，裏面會有KFC， MK，輕食舖頭（8:00pm close) 酒店內有 massage shop，有餐廳。 大概 $600 pool access 嘅房包埋早餐，非常好。 ～只有沙灘拖鞋，amenities 唔係好足夠，如果有需要最好自己帶定。 ～早餐一般 ～清潔度一般，因為周邊好多花草樹木，同埋好多露天嘅地方，就算推開門去自己房嘅泳池都會有好多小動物，成日都會見到蚊蟲，四腳蛇。 酒店好新淨，整體不俗，周圍都好靚，下次都會再入住。”
