With beach access directly across the street, we spent nearly every day at the beach, and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The property is beautifully maintained, shows no damage from the recent hurricanes, and Michael was always available if we needed anything (we did not). We are grateful to have found this gem and look forward to returning next year.”

The whole rental & check-in process was easy & my email to the property manager with questions about amenities was answered quickly & in detail. The location of this beach house was excellent & we were able to walk to many restaurants & attractions. All in all it was a perfect week!”

“I was disappointed with the check in process. We arrive to the property, and no one told me that there was not water in the property due to a repair been going on. Also, we were unable to use the pool because was lock and need a wrist band to get in. Reservation told me that doesn't need one, but property management say yes. The property has many cockroaches all over.”

“We were in town for a family wedding on Sanibel Island, which was a short drive from the unit. The property was very clean, had a great view of the marina, and it was within walking distance to the beach. We saw manatees and dolphins every day! We are a family of 5 with 3 adult children. There was plenty of room for all of us with the sofa bed. It was nice to sit in the covered patio and watch the water. There were no boats and a lot of construction going on due to all the hurricane damage. The……

Manatees and dolphins in the bay behind the house and a plethora of birds visiting daily! Comfortable furniture and beds throughout. Amazing location! “This was our first trip to Captiva, but defintely not our last. We have officially discovered paradise! And the condo could not have suited us any better. The space was perfect, the decor was lovely, and the condo itself was spotless. Even the bed was very comfortable. But, the view from the balcony was spectacular!
