“only issue not being allowed to set temp below 72 our stay was in Feb. can"t image being there in summer months”

“My wife and I came down for a last minute trip to escape the tough winter weather in Upstate New York. A welcome respite. The place is great for 2 people-overlooking the beach and pool. Could be a little tight if you had more people. Clean, updated and easy walking distance to town. Captiva is still in a rebuilding mode after the two hurricanes last fall but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Spent most of our time at the pool or walking the beach. ”

“This unit was beautiful & had everything we needed. We appreciated/read the books and games on site, along with beach towels. The property was a short walk out to the beautiful beach or pool area. We used the grills one evening to eat in & loved that convenience. It was super easy to communicate with the rental company and they were very helpful. The restaurants on Captiva were great:Green Flash and Mucky Duck were our favorites.”

“Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and so close to the beach, restaurant and stores. It was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out and lots of games to enjoy when the weather was a little rainy. I definitely recommend this home and we hope to come back again. ”

“Nice secluded location. We liked the location for fishing, access to the beach is 1.3 miles down the road at Blind pass where parking is $5/hr or you can bike. Bring a hot plate if you want to cook other than the microwave. The lanai is nice but no see ums can get in we used it for storage of fishing gear”

“Long weekend on captiva was relaxing and lovely. Clean property that was comfortable. Did not bring k cups so had to get those due to the type of coffee maker but the location is great. Rented bikes as well which made the trip so much better ”

“When we arrived the unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was obvious the property was recovering from the hurricane. Otherwise our trip was very enjoyable! I would say this is a great option if your staying in Captiva. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! Access to the beach and 2 community pools was incredible - just steps away. The golf cart was very fun and convenient getting around town. The unit had everything we needed - full kitchen, washer & dryer, beach supplies, extra pillows. There was a problem with the golf cart the first day but Marcus accommodated us with an alternative until it was fixed. We will absolutely stay again! ”

“The house is wonderful and has everything you need to have a great vacation. There is a beautiful view out of every window. Easy walk to beach or anywhere. Loved coffee on the dock every morning. Had visits from so much wildlife including lots of birds, reptiles, manatees, fish, dolphins.”

“This property was so nice and quiet. Our only concerns were the bugs, noseeums at the beach. They were terrible and unavoidable. We’ve been coming to the southwest region of Florida for over 30 years and it’s never been this terrible. It would be easier to have a key pad code vs. a physical key seeing we were tracing with 4 adults. We really enjoyed our quick stay! ”
