“Thank you for sharing your property with us! We had magnificent views—- including a full double rainbow 😍 the space was comfortable and clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!!”

The area is still very much recovering/under construction from recent hurricanes but it didn’t affect our stay. And very convenient to rent beach chairs/umbrella and have them delivered to condo. ”

“We love this location. It’s our 4th or 5th time staying in Captiva. We prefer the south end Beach Condos. The unit worked well for our family of 5. It had a big couch which turned into a sleeper sofa. Some of the restaurants were open, but some were still closed. We went to Sanibel for other options too. It was a great week. There is alot of construction going on. We just hope the new plans don’t change the relaxed setting we love at South Seas.”

“We’ve stayed in the area on several different spring break trips. We’ve been on the super private North Captiva, the upscale homes of Marco Island and areas of Estero Island. But this house on Captiva takes the cake for the Greatest of All Time trip. 1. It’s so close to the beach you really get the best of both worlds, a nice private escape with a pool and hot tub while also being on a beach. The town is also so close the teens could safely walk to the store on their own or go down to the beach……

“We had 2 couples, and we loved the bungalow. It was perfect for the access to the beach, the open floor plan, and access to the rest of the island. We rented a golf cart, which was a fun way to explore Captiva. We also rented bikes with the easy access to the bike trails. We pushed the twin beds together and used it for one of the couples. Great house and location. Very quick communication from the property owner. ”

“Simply Paradise. Loved the easy stroll to the gorgeous beach. Great view of the Gulf from our balcony. Small kitchenette was great way to save on breakfast and lunch. Our best meal of the week was at the Old Captiva House - mere steps from our room. Took a complimentary kayak paddle and saw a mother manatee basking peacefully at the water’s surface. Our AC unit developed a leak that was promptly addressed by management. To sum up, Tween Waters is a quaint property with lots of amenities located……
