“This home was perfect for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. The golf cart was in the shop, so the owners rented one for us to use. It was so much fun cruising around the island, loading it up with the beach chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach and taking it to see the sunsets. We didn't use the kayaks, because it seemed a bit far to walk them to the beach, but it would have been doable. There were bikes, but only 1 was usable after a little work. All tires were flat and seats……

“Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property.”

“This is a really nice little place very close to the beach. Check-in was easy, as was the check-out process. We loved how secluded we felt but also how close the house was to restaurants and the shops on the main road. We rented bikes but didn't need them as walking was a much easier option. The house was in decent condition. As it is a rental property I don't really expect perfection, but the things that mattered to us were clean sheets and towels, both of which this house had. “Thank you for sharing your property with us! We had magnificent views—- including a full double rainbow 😍 the space was comfortable and clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!!”

“What an amazing stay we had at this vacation home. We had everything we needed including a great view of the beach. It was a short walk to the actual beach and there was a small pool available nearby as well. The laundry facilities were nice and clean, easy to use.
