“Tween Waters is a one stop shop for everything you need when going to the beach for a getaway. We had winderful restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were great and took wonderful care of us. The beach was 20 steps from our room and the pool was a refreashing treat afterwards. ”

“It was thought South Seas would be a high quality stay. It was dirty everywhere I looked. I had to call property mgr several times bc instructions to enter were unclear, tv had no batteries in the remote, and just unclean overall. She was very nice, brought batteries, took filthy rug and offered to have place cleaned. I wrote her of a few of the examples of dirt and said it would disrupt my stay when it should have been cleaned already. I love Captiva, the quietness and slow pace even after the……

“Overall the property looks great and we love the walking distance to the beach. We understand this community is still renovating and getting back on its feet from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed our visit. The elevator is still not operational so be prepared to climb some steps with all your travel gear. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent building. These were the only negative points in our visit. ”

“Clean unit a little dated. Needed a few items in kitchen and need a new mattress in masterBiggest disappointment was the lack of wristbands to get into restaurants and amenities at the Marina village”

“We loved our stay in this condo. Great location, beautiful view and It had everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation. The murphy bed was a great addition, perfect for our teenager. Still some construction noise and vehicles around the South Seas property but all to be expected and did not effect our trip at all. We still enjoyed the beaches and the pool with no issues.”

“We had 2 couples, and we loved the bungalow. It was perfect for the access to the beach, the open floor plan, and access to the rest of the island. We rented a golf cart, which was a fun way to explore Captiva. We also rented bikes with the easy access to the bike trails. We pushed the twin beds together and used it for one of the couples. Great house and location. Very quick communication from the property owner. ”
