“Second time staying at this excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the three swimming pools are all very clean and lovely to use. The staff really go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Always smiling and friendly and happy to take time to chat with the guests. The food is wonderful and the head chef takes great pride in his work. He is also very accommodating and happy to take on any challenges if you want something that’s not on the menu. “Family trip to India from USA. 2 rooms, 2 people per room. Husband/Wife, 2 sons. Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways. Nice balconies! the front Desk should help travelers get Taxi's and speak enough English to make tourism……

But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”
