“Lhotel si trova in zona centrale di Biella, molto pulito, la stanze molto carina così anche il bagno, la colazione molto buona tutto il personale gentilissimi e disponibili, se dovete andare a Biella tenetelo in considerazione perché ne vale la pena. Grazie a tutti ”

“This is a lovely place with amazing charm. There is a wonderful 300 year old tree gracing the property. It is in small village that is fun to walk around. Besides the hotel's restaurant, which is great, there is also an incredible restaurant a block away that we ate at three nights in a row. I would definitely stay here again.”

The have rooms on the ground floor or there is a life to second floor rooms with an accessible shower. I had room #6! I will be back to stay and dine again! They have true North Italian cuisine. No hamburgers and French fries here! Good for couples get away. ”

“La dame était très gentille. Il n'y a rien à redire là-dessus. Par contre, en termes de service, c'est à désirer. J'avais commandé une chambre supérieure. Au final, j'ai eu une chambre simple. Elle m'a offert le petit-jeuner pour compenser, mais le petit-jeuner n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Au final, j'ai perdu plus d'argent qu'autre chose. Si j'aurais su, je ne serais pas allé chez elle, parce que la chambre qu'elle m'a donnée, il y avait la salle de bain avec vitrées, donc aucune intimité pour……
