“La dame était très gentille. Il n'y a rien à redire là-dessus. Par contre, en termes de service, c'est à désirer. J'avais commandé une chambre supérieure. Au final, j'ai eu une chambre simple. Elle m'a offert le petit-jeuner pour compenser, mais le petit-jeuner n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Au final, j'ai perdu plus d'argent qu'autre chose. Si j'aurais su, je ne serais pas allé chez elle, parce que la chambre qu'elle m'a donnée, il y avait la salle de bain avec vitrées, donc aucune intimité pour……

“Hotel in posizione strategica e lontano dal caos. Stanza pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio, design, servizi, spazi e confort. Perfetta, ho controllato tutto e tutto veramente pulitissimo e funzionale anche gli spazi. Dotata anche di ampio balcone. Domani rimane la colazione, che non penso mi deluderà. Ottimo parcheggio. “What an incredible treasure! Stayed with my 2 kids (5 & 8) and they were shocked and amazed with how incredible this mansion was! Tastefully decorated with a FABULOUS breakfast, highly recommend. Restaurant was closed for our visit they recommended a pizzeria with a woodfire oven (6eur Pizzas that were amazing). I would go far out of my way to go back here! Book it today! ”

“Magical castle with fantastic dining hall set in the outskirts of once-great manufacturing town of Ivrea famous for its Olivetti typewriters. Floors might be creaky and TVs are outdated, but overall ambience compensates for this a lot. Great place to stay if you travelling from Alpes to Italian coast of Milano”

“Our arrival time was after the reception closed - I had messaged them in advance and have to say the instructions that they left me were spot on - so very helpful and correct. Tbh we were only in the hotel for less than 10 hours but all was good for us on our road trip ! ”

“Personale cortese, il posto è in una zona silenziosa, circondato dalla natura, sicuramente se ricapiteremo in zona non esiteremo a ritornarci! Le stanze sono tenute molto bene, eravamo ben collegati a Ivrea e alle zone circostanti quindi è stato comodissimo per noi. Estremamente consigliato per chi cerca una zona tranquilla!”
