“Struttura accogliente, personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile. ”

“Abbiamo scelto questa struttura proprio dopo aver letto le ottime recensioni. Purtroppo siamo rimasti delusi. Non dal personale, assolutamente gentilissimi. Ma la stanza aveva un odore di fumo e qualche ragnatela al soffitto. C'è stato sicuramente qualcosa che non ha funzionato nella prenotazione e abbiamo avuto l'impressione che la stanza ci fosse stata attribuita ma non era previsto. Quindi forse non era stata pulita ed arieggiata a sufficienza. La colazione è stata corretta. Ma tutto sommato……

“We are so glad we stayed at Castello di Gabiano. The property grounds are wonderful to roam around to all the different areas, including a labyrinth. The room was very clean, updated and comfortable. Check-in was so friendly and helpful too. We had breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was also terrific. So exciting to be so close and image the history of the castle! ”

“La dame était très gentille. Il n'y a rien à redire là-dessus. Par contre, en termes de service, c'est à désirer. J'avais commandé une chambre supérieure. Au final, j'ai eu une chambre simple. Elle m'a offert le petit-jeuner pour compenser, mais le petit-jeuner n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Au final, j'ai perdu plus d'argent qu'autre chose. Si j'aurais su, je ne serais pas allé chez elle, parce que la chambre qu'elle m'a donnée, il y avait la salle de bain avec vitrées, donc aucune intimité pour……

“De accommodatie was echt top, we hadden een familiekamer waar we met 4 prima in konden slapen en nog veel ruimte over hadden. Het zwembad was prima. Het is een soort paleisachtige gebouw, mooie vertrekken en vriendelijk personeel. Je kon in het hotel ook eten, maar dan kreeg je een standaard menu, dit wilden we niet, dus zijn in een soort afhaalrestaurant/eenvoudige bistrot op loopafstand gaan eten. De wandeling ernaartoe, 800 meter, vanaf de uitgang van het hotel maakte op ons een verlaten……

“ L' hotel è un' po' datato ma nel complesso con tutte le comodità standard che ci si possono aspettare, il ristorante non è aperto all'ora di pranzo e nel circondario non ci sono alternative in quanto la zona resta comunque isolata, il letto della mia camera avrebbe avuto bisogno di un topper, per non avere la sensazione delle molle del materasso sul corpo, la stanza troppo afosa, il climatizzatore regolabile solo dalla reception, ascensore buio da dover usare il proprio cellulare per……

“Capitati per caso, luogo grazioso e con ogni comfort, host gentilissima e disponibile. Consigliato!”

“Je séjourne régulièrement dans cet établissement et c'est a chaque fois un plaisir d'y revenir. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortable, avec un balcon pour pouvoir profiter de la vue sur les alpes, une très grande TV, un salle de bain grande et bien équipé et un bon réseau wifi. Le petit déjeuner et varié (avec de très bon gâteau maison). Le personnel de l'hôtel est professionnel et accueillant. je recommande vivement cet hôtel.”

“This is a lovely place with amazing charm. There is a wonderful 300 year old tree gracing the property. It is in small village that is fun to walk around. Besides the hotel's restaurant, which is great, there is also an incredible restaurant a block away that we ate at three nights in a row. I would definitely stay here again.”
