“Wonderful place to stay and host is very responsive and helpful. ”

“Stayed here with my wife and son for the Ironman 70.3 Oceanside. The unit is in a neighborhood of nice single family homes, and comes with parking. Inside it is clean, roomy, and very thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen has all the amenities you could need. Washer and dryer were handy too. If you want to spend time outside, there are a couple of seating areas to use, and a very friendly cat to play with. Would stay again if I ever return to the area.”

“Wonderful stay for our spring break in San Diego. This property is centrally located to everything we wanted to do... the zoo, sea world, Coronado, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, etc. Never more than a 20 min drive (as long as you don't hit traffic times). Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. My teens loved the roof even though the igloo was down due to a wide storm. Would for sure recommend! ”

“Property was small but efficient. 2 outside sitting areas, nice kitchen. I will try and stay again the next time I am down that way.”

“The best thing about this property is the amazing host! Scott helped us with a small glitch when we arrived and was incredibly responsive. He also stocked the kitchen with coffee so that our mornings were relaxed and perfect! Can’t say enough good things about this host and his lovely property.”

“This ADU unit is very cute and clean. The location was excellent for our trip. I had not paid close enough attention to listing and was surprised to find only a Queen Size bed. There is plenty of room for a king and it was odd for a full one bedroom unit not to have it. My husband was having some back issues and couldn't deal with the queen, so he slept on the couch for a whole week. I would not have booked it if I had paid attention to that part! “The property is well equipped and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning of our stay. We loved a private patio and SPA with great view. There are many things to do around the place within 30min by car, San Diego Safari Park, Oceanside beach, Carlsbad Premium Outlet and a lot of breweries.
