“Was a wonderful place had a great stay! 10/10 would recommend! ”

“We had a great time staying in Carlsbad for spring break; the condo is a lot bigger than it seems from photos. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We were able to walk into town for dinner each night and the drive into San Diego proper is very quick. It was a little chilly to get in the water but we still spent some quality time at the beach just outside the condo. ”

“The property is right on the strand. There is a small road between you and the beach. There are two parking spaces in a garage below the building. The garage is gated. There are really two master suites. One is towards the back. It has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave. There's access to a private patio (non-ocean facing). The other master has 2Q and has a sitting area. Sliding doors open to the ocean. It has a large bathroom with tub and a shower.……

“We were two families with 3 kids between 8-11 years old and had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The place is huge and equipped with everything we could have ever needed. The terrace is relaxing and gave us amazing views and sounds of the ocean. We all lived in luxury during our stay. And it was such a plus to have two parking spaces in the garage. We were within a short walking distance to shops, amazing restaurants and beaches. A few of the days we cooked at home and had every……

“Lots of room for the family to gather for fun or find a quiet spot away. This place had everything we needed and a really short walk for coffee, sushi, beaches, etc. The garage took patience parking the minivan, but we handled it and usually had neighbors cheering us on. We would love to come back.”

“We were lucky as in Sept we snuck a peek at the empty house on a family visit to the area. We have 9 family in Carlsbad-O'Side.The Beach house is just as listed, and the past 2024-25 reviews are very accurate. We found almost nothing wrong at all with the house. Some doors are hard to open and close to the patio, but we fought through it. Beds and towels are fantastic. Furniture was great and decor was very nice, and everything was very clean. Personally, if I was staying here again, I would……

“Great location, comfortable lodging, nice for sunset watching ”

“The house was spacious with plenty of amenities for our guests of all ages (4-66!) to enjoy. We especially liked the large kitchen and the outdoor patio area with small pool. The beach is truly just a couple blocks away and was an easy walk, even with small kids in tow. Lots of places to get groceries or eat out nearby. We would stay here again!”

“Great location (15-30 minutes to every iconic San Diego Thing), quiet neighborhood, and the host was incredibly responsive - sending help right away when the hot tub didn't work and personally getting toys out of storage for our kids when we had some very rainy days that made it hard to be outside. :) ”

“The house and location were great. We loved the views and the sounds of the ocean. Hanging around the fire pit playing trivia was a lot of fun. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets. Our miniature poodle had fun watching the many squirrels playing in the sand. Overall it was a great location to spend our 20th wedding anniversary.”
