“My friends and I went down to Comic Con. Typically I overpay for a hotel, but this year we decided to try VRBO. Kim was awesome! Her place was awesome! It was so much more relaxing than the hustle and bustle of downtown. We will definitely stay with Kim again. Thank you!!”

“We loved our stay here and was quiet, right across from beaches and walking distance to resturants, village etc. Also was nice having 2 bdrms for nights the grandkids stayed with me. Host also let you know exactly what was furnished in email which was nice since we usually hit the store first. Perhaps add a working broom (1 used a straw I found to hold the other together and perhaps a mop of some type would be a nice. addition as I like to keep things swept and mopped up. I did see one later out……

“This place is a hidden gem in PB! The location couldn’t be better less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The studio is perfect for a couple, beautifully decorated, spacious, vibey, and spotless. Truly no complaints this will definitely be our go-to spot in Pacific Beach!”
