“We spent a week in March 2025 in this new renovated villa. This small villa is like a simple cottage. The villa is located on the grounds of Hideaways Beach Resort at Palm Bay. This villa is privately owned and does not belong to this resort. From the villa to the sandy beach it's only a few steps. Unfortunately, you can only use the Hideaways Resort's pool for a fee. “Had a great stay, condo was neat and clean with all items needed for day to day living. The only things we had issues with was the a/c unit in the master bedroom stoppped working the last two days so it was a little humid/warmer in the room.we left the fans on to help, and there wasn’t a beach entry due to the boulders/rocks that lined the one beach area to the left of the property. But all in all it was a nice stay. ”

“Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!”

“The stay was ok although I made a reservation for one room and they switched me to another. Same happened with another family member. Also it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water. The sink was also way too small. So it was a room good enough to sleep in but not necessary one comfortable enough to relax in. ”

“Travel group included myself and Husband, both of our daughters ages 21 and 33 plus son-in-law and granddaughter not quite two years old. The property is just as it is described. We did rent a golf cart and we loved Mrs.. V’s for beach access, chairs/umbrella and great food and drink. Rental of crib was great.
