“Nice place, quiet and great view of the water. Room is bigger than I thought it would be. Bed was pretty comfortable. The refrigerator made some noise and it was a little noisy and it woke me up but after figuring out what it was I ignored it. The room I stayed in had an electric fire place with a heater and I used it instead of the wall heater, it was nice. Overall, nice place to stay, would stay here again”

“We loved the stay here. She was missing her bottoms to her new bathing suit, we bought one from the office that fit perfect. The pool was nice. The room was about 80 but the cool water was refreshing. The hotel staff were nice, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Will stay here again and highly reccomend. Conveniently located within walking distance to the shops,restaurants, and beach.”

“Location, location, location. Good room in a great location. The digital advance check in process was lousy, we gave up and tried to call the hotel. We were routed to a call center with an AI helper. That didn’t work either. But AI helper finally gave us a number direct to the front desk of the hotel. 35 minutes later…”

“I really like the family that runs this place and they keep it very clean. The beds are comfortable the water is hot and it's probably the best place in Florence that's on the cheap. However there was no internet. I called the front desk and she reset the modem but there was never any signal. They had technical issues with that. Otherwise fine”
