“House was perfect for hubby’s 60th birthday weekend. So much room and space for 18 of us to spread out and hang out. Would have liked the refrigerator to be cooler and not have to wait 12 hour to cool down. House was stocked great and new modern decor was very nice. ”

The property manager Cheryl was very helpful. Washing machine was not working and she ensured we had an alternate way to have laundry done. ”

“We stayed here for five nights and couldn't have hoped for a better location and place to stay for our family. The home is in an amazing location and offers spectacular views of the ocean. The home has everything you need to enjoy the day at the beach with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and even sand toys for the children.We will definitely be staying here again.To top it all off, Thane was a phenomenal host. The communication was on point and he checked in to make sure we were well taken……

“Great spaces in this home for groups - esp the backyard pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ. Nice sized tables both indoors and outdoors. Nice kitchen space and cooking appliances as well. Enjoyed the home and our visit immensely. Carlsbad beaches and downtown within easy reach.”
