“When I arrived, I needed to change the first room booked for me by the hotel because there were a lot of dirty spots top of the comforter. Then they immediately arranged another room for me which was cleaner than the first room. I stayed here for 2 nights and I had a great time here!”

“After checking into the room, I discovered that one of the floor lamps wasn’t working. I immediately contacted the front desk and requested a room change. The staff refused, claiming no rooms were available and insisting that "a broken lamp wouldn’t affect my stay"—despite my observation of many vacant rooms. “It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown.
