“When I arrived, I needed to change the first room booked for me by the hotel because there were a lot of dirty spots top of the comforter. Then they immediately arranged another room for me which was cleaner than the first room. I stayed here for 2 nights and I had a great time here!”

“After checking into the room, I discovered that one of the floor lamps wasn’t working. I immediately contacted the front desk and requested a room change.
