“absolutely LOVED this place, and now that we've seen how difficult it is to find parking in newport, we're thankful we picked a place with parking! innkeeper tonie is an absolute gem, super approachable and helpful, provided great local info and recommendations. the room was perfect and very comfortable, and my favorite perk was having coffee available in the lobby 24/7 via a keurig with pods and a mini fridge for creamer. for me, this is a huge plus. we only stayed one night, and breakfast……

It got fairly cold for a couple of days and the gas fireplace heater did a great job of warming the room. “We had a fantastic stay at this old and quaint inn. It was exactly what I expected. Room was cute and quirky. Definitely not like a standard hotel room. But it had all the amenities required for today's guests. Check-in and staff were very friendly. On-site (free) parking was fabulous. We walked everywhere around Newport.
